Open to any species of waterfowl except Gadwall, Shoveler and Green Wing Teal. Decoys will be floated in the tank and must have the ability to self-right. No burning or stone texturing allowed. Raised primaries allowed with NO undercut, straight or angle-cut only. Bill must be dressed up. Tail must be durable. Feather groups allowed.
