Carving must be made strong and durable and have the ability to self-right. Keels are allowed, but no swinging weights are allowed. No burning or stone texturing allowed. Raised primaries allowed. Bill must be sturdy. Tail must be thick and durable. Feather groups allowed. Painting left to individual's discretion. Remember: this is a working decoy. No cork decoys.
